Erick's career in the salon industry is relatively new. He has a multi-faceted resume. Erick's talents are mostly demonstrated in the operational side of the salon industry. He is responsible for overseeing the overall function of the salon, marketing & business operations, as well as a salon retail sales consultant. The goal of being a salon owner was achieved when he met his girlfriend Sariann in 2009. His knowledge of business and function compliment Sariann's creative spark, and together they founded "Special Fx Salon".
She comes from the West Coast, Seattle area to be exact. Sariann brings with her a unique style...hardcore or contemporary making sure to bring pleasure to all of her clients. Most, are known for their cookie cutter and barber shop bowl cuts, but Sariann likes to push the edge on your contemporary, average looking styles. She has her own unique twist and touch to give myguests the looks they have always wanted, but could never get anyone to do. If you have an idea, no matter how crazy or not so crazy, Sariann can achieve the look you're wanting. She loves custom coloring and highlighting.
Whether it's mild or wild, extremely long or short and sassy, she's the girl for you! Sariann is skilled in pompadours, mohawks, quick weaves and extensions, along with any fade you'd like. She uses skin tone, eye color and natural haircolor in order to determine ideal results, hair-shapping is dictated by face shape, natural hair texture and body balance...She specializes in precision cutting and with her artistic vision and impeccable attention to detail, she enjoys working with clients to come up with styles individualized to their needs.
A master of her craft, Sariann keeps up with the latest techniques and hair trends as they appear on the fashion scene. She is constantly working on her own innovative techniques always pushing the boundaries of hair. Sariann is trained in and has expanded upon the cutting techniques of Aveda........
